We are looking for investors who want to participate in the realisation of this inspirational and innovative project.
The project will be realised in 9 phases:

The phases do not necessarily have to be developed chronologically.
During Phase 1 we will develop 34.9 thousand square meters close to the road (see image below), with 28 big houses (200m2 living area) and one Mansion (380 m2 living area). Total investment will be around 5 million Euros.
